PRO'S
: You get to have respect : Players look up to you(sometimes) : You get to associate with almost all of the active community : A sense Of importance : Trust
CON'S [/size
Majorly, the opposite to the Pro's : Players Wine about punishment : players think you aren't fit to be staff : Players think you choose sides when you are unbiased : Responsibility : Long time commitment, (which can be good)
MISS-CONCEPTIONS
: Players think you can ;;Spawnitem, When you can't : players may want you to help them (meaning substantial gain over the community: Subjected, but not limited to; Health gains,god mod, increased rates, chat color change, Etc., Etc.) Which staff cannot : Players think Mods get access to special stores, better prices, and free items ; we have to earn them ourselves, just like the community.

| I want to be mod becuase I like helping people. In games and in life, it's just apart of my charm ;p also like this server a lot and I see it in a few months with 50+ players  | |
